Christy joins Lawrenceville with eight years of admissions experience in higher education. She previously worked in various positions such as an Admission Analyst and Assistant Director of Admission Operations. Christy received her M.B.A. in Management from Centenary University and her B.A. in Anthropology and Sociology, with a minor in Psychology, from Lafayette College.

Will joined Lawrenceville as the Dean of Admission in July 2016. Will spent the seven prior years in admission — three years at Brimmer and May School (Chestnut Hill, MA) and four years at The Taft School (Watertown, CT). At Taft, Will also served as a dorm head, and coached soccer, volleyball, and baseball. Will graduated from Bates College in 2000, and began his teaching career in 2003 at his alma mater, Holderness School, where he taught math, coached snowboarding and baseball, and served as a dorm parent. In 2007 Will earned an MBA from Duke University and spent two years working within Johnson & Johnson’s Consumer Health Care group. It was during this time that Will missed the rewarding work being done in independent schools and transitioned out of the corporate world. Will, his wife Devon, daughter Lila, and dog Poppy, are thrilled to be a part of the Lawrenceville community.
Assistant to the Director of Financial Aid and the Associate Dean of Admission
Tiffany started at Lawrenceville in the fall of October 2006. She served as the Assistant to The Lawrenceville Fund and Alumni Relations in the Alumni/Development office for 5 years, she later moved to the role of Administrative Assistant to the Bunn Library for 6 years and most recently served as the Gift Records Specialist in the Alumni/Development office. She is attending Rowan College at Burlington County where she is studying Business Administration. She has a love for reading and community service.
Senior Associate Dean of Admission and Coordinator of International Recruitment
Christi joined Lawrenceville as Associate Dean of Admission in July 2017. Christi began her career in boarding schools at Episcopal High School (Alexandria, VA) as the assistant director of communications and field hockey coach. In 2014, Christi joined the faculty at Canterbury School (New Milford, CT) as the associate director of admission, ninth grade girls' dorm head, and field hockey and lacrosse coach. Christi holds a B.A. in strategic communications and religious studies from Elon University and is a graduate of The Hill School. Christi and her husband Long, along with their dog Elvis, are thrilled to be a part of the Lawrenceville community.

Meghan is a 1990 graduate of The Lawrenceville School and received her BA in French and History from Washington & Lee University. After college, Meghan spent almost 15 years working in the advertising industry in client services. During that time, Meghan managed a wide range of accounts in New York, Europe and Asia for Grey Advertising, Clear Channel and G2 Worldwide.
Meghan previously served as a Lawrenceville Alumni Trustee Selector and is co-President of Lawrenceville’s Greater Princeton Alumni Club. She also serves on the Boards of the Princeton Public Library and The Historical Society of Princeton.
Cindy Ehret is a 1995 Lawrenceville graduate who returned in 1999 to work in the School's Admission Office. She presently serves as a Part-Time Associate Dean and has also coached Lawrenceville's girls' swimming and softball teams. In addition, Ehret has worked with the Second Form as Co-Dean, served as Co-Director of Student Activities, and has been an Academic Advisor in both the Crescent and the Circle. Cindy received her bachelor's degree from Dickinson College.

Assistant Housemaster of Stephens Lisa Ewanchyna currently serves as the School’s Senior Associate Dean of Admission for Recruiting. In addition to her work in the Admission Office, the Princeton University graduate is the Assistant Housemaster of Stephens House, an academic advisor, and head coach of the Big Red girls’ varsity field hockey team. She became a full-time employee of the School in 2010, after coaching the field hockey team in 2007 and joining the Admission Department in 2008, both part-time positions.

Flaherty graduated from Princeton University in 2011 - three-year starter on the football team and history major. Enjoyed three brief stints with NFL teams after graduation. He earned a J.D. from University of Tennessee College of Law while coaching football for Tennessee as a graduate assistant. Flaherty is currently the Head varsity football coach, a History Master, and head JV baseball coach. He is the Housemaster of Boys' Lower (Davidson). He is married to Leigh.

Lauren received her M.Ed. in Higher Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and her B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a minor in U.S. History, from Bates College. Lauren comes to Lawrenceville from Harvard Law School, where she served as Assistant Director of Admissions for four years. Before Harvard, Lauren worked in various capacities at Bates College, Miss Porter’s School, Choate Rosemary Hall, and Hotchkiss School, her alma mater. While at Bates, Lauren played on the softball team and captained the volleyball team.

Pat joined the Admission Team as the Visit Coordinator in October of 2007. She attended NJCU majoring in Psychology. Her previous work experience included 15 years as an Administrative and Human Resource Manager for a major insurance company.

Before coming to Lawrenceville in 1998, Sara Tucker was the Dean of Admission and Financial Aid at the Latin School in Chicago and Cranbrook Schools in Michigan. In addition to her Admission Office duties, Tucker is a Day Advisor and Duty Master in Reynolds House. She received a B.F.A. from Eastern Michigan University.

Sam Washington is a 1981 Lawrenceville alum who serves as both an Associate Dean of Admission and the School's Director of Multicultural Affairs. He is a Second Form boys' Advisor in Raymond. He has a B.A. from Boston College.
Doreen started at Lawrenceville in the summer of 2012. She serves as the Admission Office Manager. She previously worked at Princeton Day School for 8 years in the Alumni/Development Office supporting the Deans. She attended Berkeley College and received a certificate in the Cooperative Secretarial Program. She has a great love of reading and her dogs/cats.
