          Bednar ’22 Stars at NYRR Millrose Game Trials

          Charlotte Bednar ’22 clocked her second sub-five minute (4:58.91) mile for a second place (first for New Jersey girls) finish at yesterday’s NYRR Millrose Game Trials. She was thisclose to the first place finisher, who crossed the line at 4:58.17.
           
          Bednar is now in an excellent position to be the first female Lawrentian to receive an invitation to run in the NYRR Millrose Games, the world’s longest-running and most prestigious indoor track and field competition, on February 8.
